High-Impact Pipeline Growth The "Hunter" is the engine of your partnership ecosystem. This role is dedicated exclusively to the front end of your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) funnel, meticulously identifying high-value targets, executing outreach, and securing the initial pitch.

While a full-time internal hire typically commands a base salary of $80k–$110k (excluding benefits, overhead, and tech-stack costs),which usually adds 20–30% on top of a salary. My model provides this specialized expertise at a fraction of the cost with tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Market research and identifying "best-fit" partners.

Cold outreach and initial discovery calls.
